The Schladming-Dachstein Golf Club is just a few minutes’ drive away; the region’s other three golf courses, as well as the Kobaldhof organic golf course, are between 15 and 50 minutes’ drive away, depending on their location.
The golf courses in the region are generally open to visitors who are not club members. A golf licence or a valid handicap card is usually required. Please check with the relevant golf club directly in advance.
The Kobaldhof Organic Golf Course in Ramsau am Dachstein is a 9-hole course that has been maintained entirely without chemical fertilisers or pesticides since 2007 – the first of its kind in the world. It is particularly suitable for beginners.
Hire equipment is available at the Kobaldhof organic golf course. The region’s 18-hole golf courses have pro shops offering hire sets. Please book your equipment in advance with the relevant club where possible.
